Training
The WA Pennant season runs from April to September, including head races, Masters, All Schools and Pennant regattas. Training both on the water and in the gym is available year-round, particularly for those looking to compete at the National Championships.
Water sessions run in the mornings, with different mornings for different squads. Seniors train every morning except Thursdays and Sundays. Crews will have their training times determined by their coach, except in the case of Masters and recreational rowers, where the training load is less intensive.
